앱에서 삭제하기

앱 버전 1.0.36부터 앱 안에서 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

  1. 앱을 열고 홈 화면 오른쪽 위의 설정(톱니바퀴) 버튼을 누릅니다.
  2. 계정 삭제를 누르고 안내를 확인한 뒤 삭제하기를 누릅니다.
  3. 본인 확인을 위해 로그인한 Google 계정을 한 번 더 선택합니다.

요청이 서버에 접수되면 계정을 바로 삭제하고 로그인 화면으로 돌아갑니다. 같은 Google 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 새 계정으로 처음부터 시작합니다.

앱 없이 요청하기

가입한 Google 계정의 메일 주소로 gmlcjf287@gmail.com에 “계정 삭제 요청”이라는 제목으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 보낸 주소가 가입한 계정과 같은지 확인한 뒤 10일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 답장으로 알려 드립니다. 본인 확인 외의 목적으로 메일 내용을 쓰지 않습니다.

In app version 1.0.36 or later, open the home screen, tap the settings (gear) button, choose 계정 삭제 (Delete account) and confirm with your Google account. Without the app, email gmlcjf287@gmail.com from the Google address you signed up with, subject “Account deletion request”. Requests are completed within 10 days.

Deleted: the sign-in account (email, name, profile photo URL, account ID), step history (including per-device 15-minute steps and the random install ID that tells your devices apart), game progress, friend data (nickname, invite tag, friendships, invitations, shared daily steps, blocks), weekly ranking data (participation setting, displayed character, hidden players, reports and any public ranking entries, plus references to your public ranking ID in other players' hide/report lists) and the step copies on our analysis server. Only a one-way hash of the account ID and the processing time are kept to confirm the deletion. Server data is deleted without delay, usually within an hour. Step copies left in the analysis server's transfer queue expire automatically within at most 40 days (100 days for failed records).
